    • Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


    • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unused.


    • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or were damaged upon receipt.


    • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


    • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Non-returnable: All gift certificate sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.


    Gift Boxes

    • Return Policy: Gift boxes can be returned under the same conditions as physical products. However, the entire box must be returned with all its contents unless a specific item is defective.
