Cancellation Policy
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed through our store. Each purchase is processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery of our digital products and services. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure it meets your needs.

Physical Products
- Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unused.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Certificates
- Non-returnable: All gift certificate sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Gift Boxes
- Return Policy: Gift boxes can be returned under the same conditions as physical products. However, the entire box must be returned with all its contents unless a specific item is defective.
Digital Products
- Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and delivered. Please contact us if you experience issues accessing or downloading our digital products.
Processing Returns
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@innovationinsights.com with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Exchanges
