◾Physical Products Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unused. ​​​​​​​
Exclusions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. ​​​​​​​ Gift
Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. ​​​​​​​
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Certificates Non-returnable: All gift certificate sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
